2nd attempt to responding as the "permission" had to be re-set. We have 5 raster color choices at present and the need for a "designer's call" (decision) to contact the customer and change the raster color after artwork has been received. This may be necessary in order to achieve the best appearance for a finished product, since we offer full color UV printing as a option for a braille inserted face plate and not just the MirrorFlex finish as with the Rand face plate.
